Check-In:

Check-in begins Friday, May 22nd at 8:30am and concludes at 9:45am. It will be outside of Rushing Hall. You can locate Rushing on Troy's campus map linked here. A packing list can be found here.  You can also find some answers to FAQs here.

 

General Program Information:

During the seminar, ambassadors will participate in leadership workshops, group discussions, service opportunities, and fun team-building activities—all led by trained volunteers.
 

Friends and Family Orientation: 

On Sunday, May 24th, will have a brief Friends and Family Orientation, starting at 12:15pm, in Trojan Arena immediately followed by the Closing Ceremony.
 

Closing Ceremonies and Dismissal: 

At 12:30 PM on the 24th, all ambassadors, staff, family, and friends will come together in Trojan Arena to celebrate the weekend. This celebration will conclude at 1pm. Ambassadors are free to check out and return to the dorms and collect their belongings or you can stay for our Friends and Family Luncheon.

Friends and Family Luncheon:

If you would like to stay for the Friends and Family Luncheon, you may RSVP and purchase tickets here. The cost is $15 per ticket and $8 per child under 12. The meal is free for all 2026 HOBY Alabama ambassadors.
